La demandante cree que estuvo en riesgo de ser violada y de hecho, fue forzada por estrangulación, para copular oralmente con el demandado”, reza el documento.
El incidente presuntamente duró 30 minutos y Levy alegadamente no dejó que la menor saliera del cuarto de hotel que estaba bajo llave, a pesar de las protestas de la joven; de ahí la acusación de privación ilegal de la libertad.
